St.Olav Hotel

Our hotel that has opened its doors quite recently, was named after the Norwegian King St Olaf Haroldson. The hotel is located in a building that dates back to the 15th century and is interwoven with ancient legends.

Wooden staircases, natural stone, patterned textiles, hot forged details and the fragments carefully preserved in the process of the restoration create a unique atmosphere of a medieval fairy tale.

The location of the hotel is also unique – it is within a three-minute walk from Town Hall Square, in the widest and quietest street of Old Town.

Our hotel has four floors and 90 rooms furnished and equipped to cater for everything you may need for a comfortable rest. The pseudo-Gothic decor used in the interior design create an interesting and very cosy atmosphere; the materials used in the rooms' finish are natural and ecologically clean.

In the hotel there are: Restaurant with old-Russian cuisine, two conference halls and and impressive inside courtyard with a summer patio and linden trees.

Banquets

The splendid dining hall has high ceilings and Venetian windows - it is full of light and looks as if especially designed as a venue for grand balls and exclusive dinners. Once, medieval music was played, distinguished guests were received and ladies and cavaliers were whirling in waltz in these halls.

Our chefs' mastery, our professional service and the unique charm of the old times make your event unforgettable. The banquet halls of St.Olav Restaurant vary in size and can accommodate 15 up to 120 patrons.

Conference

Despite our comparatively young age, St.Olav Hotel has hosted a number executive-class events. Our hotel houses two conference halls seating 50 and 115 participants.

The high ceilings, old pictures on the walls and the light flowing in from Venetian windows create a favourable atmosphere for getting new ideas, finding a creative approach and making fast and right decisions.
